Jason Cohen's company Smart Bear makes a very nice code review tool; more importantly (to me, anyway), he's the author of a very nice (and free) book about code review that includes a description of a large study done at Cisco on what works and what doesn't. He's been blogging recently about the joy of honesty in business (I'll link to part 5 as soon as it goes up). Good reading; grad students should ask themselves how it applies to academic work.
