Interesting. They translated the title as “Ideal Code” rather than “Beautiful Code”.
Which, in my opinion, misrepresents the book’s contents. Some chapters describe “beautiful code” as one that’s not “ideal”, but serves its purpose well.
The link you’ve gave contains tough criticism on a translation quality and distributor’s policy. Actually Serguei recommends to buy an english version directly from Amazon. And I agree with him.

What is more astonishing, translation issues aside, that this rather specialized book was translated and printed so quickly.

There is a million of O’Reilly’s titles that they could have chosen from. They picked up this one, among others, while its commercial perspectives in Russia are rather… ambiguous?
So, somebody on their editors team is rather advanced
