The link you’ve gave contains tough criticism on a translation quality and distributor’s policy. Actually Serguei recommends to buy an english version directly from Amazon. And I agree with him.

What is more astonishing, translation issues aside, that this rather specialized book was translated and printed so quickly.
There is a million of O’Reilly’s titles that they could have chosen from. They picked up this one, among others, while its commercial perspectives in Russia are rather… ambiguous?
So, somebody on their editors team is rather advanced kudos to them.
