		<description>Does Pragmatic have a standard mechanism to request examination copies?  I asked for an exam copy of Chris Pine&#039;s intro book way back, and Andy graciously sent me one.  I&#039;d need to be able to review a copy and share it with my CS1 colleagues before we&#039;d be able to adopt.</description>
