Take a look at branches/wikiparser/drproject/wiki/parser.py and branches/wikiparser/drproject/wiki/formatter.py (there are also some unittests in branches/wikiparser/drproject/wiki/tests/parser.py.

You can view these files via the source browser on pyre.third-bit.com/drproject/drproject-dev

It&#039;s a good start; we need to add the ability to include links (with generic link resolving) and run it through a lot more testing.  Most of the functionality of the Trac Wiki Syntax is present though.</description>

I want to parse wiki content from the python wiki and am currently having to jump through hoops to do this (I basically have to include a full install and setup of moin to manage it). I started looking at writing a parser (or reusing the trac wiki parser) but wasn&#039;t sure about moin syntax idiosynracies? If you have the start of something, I  would be interested in collaborating...</description>
