Looking for Grassroots Teaching Groups

I’m looking for grassroots organizations that are trying to teach webcraft and programming to free-range (non-classroom) learners of all ages. So far, I know of:

I’d be grateful for pointers (and introductions) to others.

    I don’t know if it’s “free-range” enough for you, but they might have some programs of that sort. Or you might connect to programs they support: http://anitaborg.org/

    Philip Greenspun runs “Relational Database Management System and Internet application programming” as part of MIT’s IAP:
