I hope I don’t disappoint you but judging from other photos taken from different angles, there is no camera in reality. The whole image (perspective and shadows) looks strange in my opinion. Maybe it’s fake, maybe it’s really a camera in that street and the photo taken from an impossible angle to make it look like this?
